Each research project, programme or large scale Research Programme Consortium is different. Working with different people, different institutions, different countries and different cultures.

It is therefore not appropriate to say that we work within a set rubric, rather that we discuss with you what you are seeking to achieve through your meeting and work out a structure and process.

You pay only for our time, expertise and direct expenses such as venue hire and catering, for example. We operate virtually, therefore keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum. We all work freelance and flexibly and are thus able to tailor our relevant areas of experience to the emphasis you are seeking to achieve through your meeting. For example, if you require a dedicated website and post event publication, Pippa will do more work with you. If you want high media coverage, Selina will have more input.

We would all work closely together with you to decide what elements would best make up your event and provide a quote on costs, broken down into the constituent parts. You can then ‘mix & match’ according to your budget.
